It serves as a rare sanctuary zone amidst the surrounding anomalies, with minimal residual effects and stable conditions.

• Unstable Gravity: Pockets of inverted gravity drift through the Vale's lower altitudes. Tethered movement is recommended for new residents and required for all minors under Bureau Permit III.
