Known Behaviors

Despite designation, Tetherling Ghost is not a true spectral entity. Subject appears as a humanoid male with incomplete temporal cohesion and mild luminescence under Bureau infrared. He exhibits disorientation when grounded in linear time for long durations and will “slip” sideways into microfractures in the surrounding chronology. Movement is often jerky, recursive, or reversed — especially when under direct observation.
