Known Behaviors
Monster Starry is a dark-bodied, slow-moving anomaly surrounded by a faint distortion field resembling deep space. Small motes of starlight orbit his frame in irregular arcs, giving the impression of internal gravity. He speaks rarely, and when he does, it is only to ask questions — all of them directed at Bureau agents. No form of deterrent or engagement has altered his presence or behavior. Starry is not aggressive. He is not friendly. He is simply watching. It is unclear whether he is gathering data, performing evaluation, or waiting for a pattern only he understands.
