CASE FILE NR-AN-014: SLIPART ENTITY

Plane of Association: Spectral

Zone of Origin: Zephyr Vale (Sector 8 Wall Perimeter)

Last Known Location: South Bureau Wall 7A, tagged and vanished

Containment Status: At Large (Arrest Warrant Issued — Artistic)

Known Behaviors

The Slipart Entity — colloquially referred to as "Art Bala" — manifests as a shifting humanoid figure constructed of paint drips, adhesive sprays, and sticker fragments. It is able to slide through narrow gaps and appears to flatten itself at will. It is known to tag surfaces with emotionally charged glyphs that react to viewer attention. It is currently wanted not only as a Bala anomaly but also under an entirely separate Bureau criminal classification for unlicensed artistic expression and property defacement.
